Yes, all products sold on our store are 100% authentic and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty from JBL Philippines.

How long does shipping take within the Philippines?

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for factory defects. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the official receipt included.

Do you offer international shipping?
